Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Due to the nature of our AI-powered content generation service, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Partial month subscriptions
- Unused portion of a billing period
- Services already rendered (content generated, published, etc.)
Why Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable
Our Service incurs significant costs from the moment you subscribe:
- AI model usage and computational resources
- Content generation and optimization processing
- Infrastructure and hosting costs
- Third-party API usage (OpenAI, image generation, etc.)
These costs are incurred immediately when generating content, regardless of whether you ultimately use the generated content.
GENERAL POLICY
LuxeBake AI provides immediate access to digital services and AI resources upon subscription. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once access to the service has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Partial usage or unused credits
- Dissatisfaction with AI outputs
- Business results or lack thereof
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Change of mind
EXCEPTIONS TO THE NO-REFUND POLICY
We may issue refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances where the platform fails to function:
Technical Issues
If our Service experiences significant technical problems that:
- Prevent you from accessing the Service for an extended period (48+ hours)
- Make the Service completely unusable and unable to generate content
- Cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
In such cases, we may provide a prorated refund for the period the Service was unavailable, provided you have not generated or published content prior to the technical failure.
Other Exceptions
- Duplicate charges (verified by our billing team)
- Billing errors caused directly by LuxeStudios
- Legal obligations under applicable consumer protection laws
All decisions regarding refunds are final and at our sole discretion.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing only. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
CHARGEBACKS
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and permanent loss of access.
