LuxeBake AI provides immediate access to digital services and AI resources upon subscription. GENERAL POLICY All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once access to the service has been provided, except where required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for: Partial usage or unused credits Dissatisfaction with AI outputs Business results or lack thereof Failure to cancel before renewal Change of mind SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing only. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of: Duplicate charges Billing errors caused directly by LuxeStudios Legal obligations under applicable consumer protection laws All decisions are final.
